We're not indorsed by games workshop in any way.

We do our upmost to keep to deadlines however for unforeseen reasons; expected completion dates may be delayed. We apologise for the inconvenience but and can we reassure you of our belief in the quality of our builds - we're not going to send it out if we're not happy with it.

They're not toys! Over-stressing components will cause them to eventually break. Care must be taken not to jam moving parts with paint. All ideas and designs are property of Dusty's Corner.

Conversions are down to model maker's decision.

Payments

Commission based models

A deposit is required for models that are to be converted. Quite often we'll accept the model itself as the deposit. Additional parts may require payment. We can try and add this to the final cost however in some cases payment may be required upfront.

Before shipping your project/model, we will contact you with pictures of the work. This is an opportunity to make any alterations you may be unhappy with. If there are alterations, we will re-contact you again with updated pictures. Once you are satisfied with the project/model, it can be signed off and shipped. Therefore you are agreeing that Dusty's Corner has completed the requirements set. So please be sure you're happy with everything before it gets sent out! We can always take extra photos if required. When shipping, you can trust that we will package your goods with the greatest of care as a lot of care went into making them. Model/Project will be sent within 3 days of receiving final payment and you will be contacted when it is dispatched. We are willing to accept Paypal and cheques.

They should arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that the goods are lost/damaged, unfortunately that is probably due to the mail service. We recommend some kind of postal insurance to cover you to help avoid this happening.

Returns/dissatisfaction

We feel that with the quality of work we offer that hopefully you shouldn't feel unhappy with our service. As covered above, we provide pictures/info as often as required in order to avoid dissatisfaction. However in the unlikely event, and with genuine reason, we will try to reimburse you.
